How can child counselling help?
Child counselling is a specific form of counselling for children and young people and can help children and families to support a child's feelings of anxiety, low mood, grief and any behaviour issues that might result from difficult feelings. At Meridian Therapeutic Services CIC we offer open ended counselling for children that can support children and their families to work through emotional issues and difficult experiences.
Starting Therapy : Taking the First Step
When you you need a little extra help managing your mental health and well-being, therapy can be a helpful tool to have in your toolkit of resources. Whether you need a few sessions or longer-term support, we have a number of therapists and low-cost therapeutic services here at the Meridian Centre with availability for sessions on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
