We’re pleased to announce that our Mindfulness Classes with Kate Wixon can now be booked online.

Kate’s classes incorporate meditations, gentle yoga based mindful movement and knowledge sharing around learning how to live more mindfully, and how to incorporate mindful practice into your everyday life.

Classes are available in the yoga room at the Meridian Centre, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Adult Classes : 11am – 12pm & 6pm- 7pm
Children’s Classes : 4.30pm – 5.30pm
