As a responsible community based service, we’re working hard to keep The Meridian Centre as safe an environment as possible for our clients and therapists.
In light of the current Covid situation in the UK, and latest government information, we once again require:
- face masks to be worn in all communal areas of the Centre [this excludes those who are exempt]
- hand sanitising stations in the waiting room and entrance corridor to be used by all on arrival and exit
- social distancing to be maintained at all times
- waiting room to be used by a maximum of 2 clients at a time
In addition, we invite all clients to dress warmly as windows will be open in therapy rooms for the duration of each session.
Should any client, or a member of a client’s family display symptoms, come into contact with anyone displaying symptoms, or test positive for Covid-19, we would ask them to contact the The Meridian Centre immediately to discuss how sessions might proceed – either by telephone or online – through the period of self-isolation.
In the event of government, national or local guidelines changing due to an increase in infection rates within the Midlands or the UK as a whole – any changes to policy or Centre practices will be updated and communicated.
