At first there will be a brief chat to find out your medical history, particularly with regards to any past accidents, broken bones or trauma and to determine whether there are any contraindications to treatment. If in doubt you will be referred to a GP. We will talk about your current health and about what, if anything, you would like from the session. There may be something specific that you would like to address, or you may not have a particular outcome in mind.
The bodywork lasts around 30-40 minutes and is done through clothes while you lie on your back. It is best to wear something loose and comfortable. Using a distinctive type of touch that is clear and unobtrusive, the session will include work on your lower back, hips, feet, upper back, shoulders and neck.
